秋 Autumn

近所のカボチャ畑へ行ってきました

広い敷地にかぼちゃがいっぱい

動物たちまでいました

天気も良かったし楽しかったです

We went to a punpkin patch in our neighborhood

They had tons of pumpkins

and some animals for kids to play with

We had a lot of fun!

Ian's dad came to visit us

おじいちゃんに遊んでもらって

大喜び

Someone was really happy

having his grandpa's attention all the time

It seemed like Sean was so impressed

by the visitor

Happy Birthday to me!

Since my birthday is coming up,

my family sent a big package

from Japan.

Everything was GREAT!

誕生日主役でもないのに

スタイをもらった人がいる

Someone got a new bib

even though it's not his birthday, yet.

組長 means the head of the yakuza.

でも違いました

社長です！

But it actually says

社長 means president!

そしてその社長が

贈り物の人形で遊ばれているところです

Lately,

this guy's been making

'the face'

all the time

craking us up!

いろいろ私たちの真似が

できるようになりました

He started being able to

copy us

but

we've never taught

how to create 'the face'..

とにかく注目が欲しい場合は

宣教師にでも

やっちゃいます

効果は抜群なようです

When he is in despair of

getting people's attention

he does that

even to the missionaries

It seems successful

Last night, there was a visitor

just outside of our balcony..

It was a first time for me to see a fox that close
